The notoriously lawless port on the surface of the desert world was once home to Hutt servants, crooks and smugglers of all kinds, scum and fugitives, as well as desperate people trying to make a living in any way possible. Regardless of whether anyone visited during the Clone Wars or under imperial rule, money (in different denominations) was spoken in Mos Eisley, and no questions were asked.
